Hi wazir,

I’m sorry to hear about what happened to your uncle. For movement, he will need rehab exercises to retrain his brain how to control his muscles. Here’s an article for that: https://www.flintrehab.com/2015/exercises-for-stroke-patients-start-here/

And for his speech, it sounds like he may be suffering from aphasia, which is a condition that affects speech after stroke. Here’s an article for that too: https://www.flintrehab.com/2017/stroke-affecting-speech-aphasia/

I hope these help! And if you’d like more support, I encourage you to join our stroke support group on Facebook so that you can get more advice from other stroke survivors! https://www.facebook.com/groups/flintstrokesupportgroup/
