But the only thing I can think about is: When is that alarm going to sound so my 10 minutes are DONE? My teacher tells me that this is also just a thought, so I should just observe it and go back to my breath. But I’m just BORED out of my mind! Not much going on in my life anyway, just rehab and some volunteer work and now I have to schedule boredom as well. I’d love to find something that would make me happy again.
