Hi Jessica! I hope the sensory exercises help. If you can, please keep me posted on your progress. I’m sure our community would love to know what happens! It also does not surprise me that TENS therapy has been helping. Perhaps you can do both!

I am going to hit the sensory exercises hard but I have found that using a TENS unit on my shoulder kind of calms the tingling down. Having Reiki done also helped. I must say the tingling is much better than numbness!
