The right shoulder is painful when I tried the move my hand.
the movement of my hand is only few degrees but when other lift it, can move freely up.

I think because it didn’t adress the root cause, which is fear. When I take mental support on someone that I trust, by holding a piece of his/her jacket with 2 fingers, my painful spasms are gone and I walk much better.
