Hi Glossie! I apologize for not seeing your response sooner. Some of our customers use our rehab exercise tools daily. Some of them use it every other day. And others use it once a week. The more you exercise, the better your results will be. But at the same time, you don’t want to utterly exhaust yourself and burn yourself out. So I would try for daily practice, but if that’s too much, then scale down until you feel challenged but not burnt out. Does this help?

Thank you for replying. God bless you!! You said, “Do your best to be consistent.” What is the best consistency? Is it every hour or 2 or 3x’s a day or rest a day and do it again the next day? A fitness trainor once told me to do it and rest for 5 mins, then repeat it again. I hope reading the article will help me with consistency.

It left me partially blind in both eyes. I am a very healthy, active 54 year old and this was a complete shock. The doctors tell me it is rare, but this type of stroke occurs. Will I get my eyesight back? Thanks!

Do you have drop foot mind exercises to create another path to heal that part of the brain? I remember how my doctor said my stroke was neurological and that I would get better. It affected my right side. I had my stroke in March of 2015 after I took Alka Seltzer for a cold. On the fourth time of taking it, something moved in my head. I didn’t realize I was having a stroke until 2 days later. My couisn visited me in the hospital and she said ever body complained about it raising their high blood pressure. Thanks for your advise.

Hey Diane! Helping you bust through plateaus is what we’re here for! We write a lot about arm/hand because our first product was MusicGlove, which is a hand therapy device. We are just about to launch a new full-body device that works legs too, so we’re widening up our topics! You can find some leg exercises with pictures here: https://www.flintrehab.com/2017/leg-exercises-for-stroke-recovery-with-pictures/ and you can find our new full-body rehab tool here: https://www.flintrehab.com/product/fitmi/ You will notice that it’s not listed in our store yet because we only have a limited quantify right now. FitMi is great because it encourages you to get tons of reps in, which leads to faster improvement! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions 949-667-0140 thanks 🙂
